The hotel is located in a quieter area of the island, which suited my work trip perfectly. The room was spacious and very clean, and I enjoyed having access to the nearby resort for swimming and kayaking. Highly recommend Casa Azul Maya and would return for future visits.
Limited food options after hours.

The large comfortable bed and daily cleanings made our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the golf cart rental service that was organized for us — it was a fun way to explore the island.

It was just an ideal choice for a short stint in Isla Mujeres, great for the money. I really enjoyed the spacious family room that felt quite comfortable and allowed us to spread out. Make sure to explore food options outside because the hotel’s dining is limited after hours.

The neighboring hotel has terrible waste management creating unpleasant odors that make sitting outside unbearable at times. The food options at the beach club are very limited!!!

What’s great and what’s not
Amazing beach club nearby with fun water activities and a beautiful setting. The local restaurants offer fantastic food, especially the nearby ULAN eatery with its gourmet pizzas.
The basic nature of the rooms may not appeal to everyone.

Had a great time with friends at this spot! We enjoyed chilling after ecotours nearby and found the beach clubs handy for swimming. Proximity to the ferry terminal was a plus for our excursions. Highly recommend checking out the local food spots to get the full experience.
We had issues with the WiFi access and had to ask for the password, which was a bit frustrating.

The spacious family room felt like an apartment, offering comfort for our stay. Enjoying breakfast at the beach club was a highlight. the globally inspired dishes were delicious, with the beautiful blue waters providing a stunning backdrop. The quiet location was perfect, away from the hustle, though the beach club got crowded at lunch. While the staff was superb in assisting with activities like swimming with whale sharks, the cost was quite steep and worth noting.

The location is perfect for families, with close access to adventures like ecotours. The staff was incredibly gracious, especially when helping us book the swimming with whale sharks trip, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our suite was spacious, feeling more like a home away from home, perfect for our kiddie.
My wife says that more dining options would be great for families with children.
